This award is open to individuals living in deprived or marginalised areas (including but not limited to areas identified through social infrastructure indicators; please refer to the domains of deprivation for England, Wales, Scotlandand Northern Ireland); Applicants will need to demonstrate the barriers they face and explain how being awarded with this guitar will support their music making aspirations. Please either Electro Acoustic Guitars or Electro Classical Guitars are available. Please click on the links to see examples of the types guitars you would receive. Note that amps or cables are NOT provided. Applicants can apply for either 1 x Electro acoustic guitar OR 1 x electro classical guitar. Please note these do not come with amps.

PLEASE NOTE: The Learn to Play Award will open on 8th October, after our Learn to Play Weekend. You can ONLY apply for this award if you attended a session as part of the weekend. More details about Learn to Play can be found HERE. 

This award is open to individuals living in deprived or marginalised areas (including but not limited to areas identified through social infrastructure indicators; please refer to the domains of deprivation for England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland); people who have actively participated in Music for All’s Learn to Play 2026, and wish to continue their music making journey. Applicants will need to demonstrate the barriers they face and explain how the funds will support their music making aspirations. A grant of up to £800 is available for this award.
