Music for All were able to support the Wales Ukulele Project based in Bridgend who’ve been able to distribute the instruments across local libraries.
The Wales Ukulele Project supports teachers, schools and community group leaders in Wales to teach ukulele and to combat loneliness through music-making. The Wales Ukulele Project has been working in partnership with libraries to target those who would otherwise struggle to access the opportunity, encouraging involvement in a 6-week ukulele starter course, providing participants with beginner books as well as use of an instrument.
