Music for All were pleased to be able to award the Rock ‘n’ Roll Memories project in Lancaster with electric guitars and acoustic guitars for their Jam Cafe.

The Rock ‘n’ Roll Memories project engages children, young people and the wider community, performing ‘50s and ‘60s rock and roll music whilst running a memories cafe for older people living with dementia, bringing generations together in a fun learning environment. A committed group of 6 – 8 individuals meet to make music at the Jam Cafe on a monthly basis; this has led to performance opportunities including Lancaster Music Festival last Autumn.
