With a background spanning retail management, volunteer engagement, and community-focused initiatives, Emma has developed strong expertise in building relationships with stakeholders, supporters, and partners to drive impact and sustainability.
Emma has held senior roles in the music industry working closely with collection societies to ensure that creators get paid fairly for their music, with a particular focus on digital and international earnings
Emma also has wide-ranging experience in the charity and heritage sector delivering projects that connect people through culture.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys volunteering, including working at major music events which encouraged her to study event management and get involved in organising events – from small gigs to large conferences.
As a Trustee of Music for All, she is committed to championing access to music and using her skills in collaboration and partnership-building to further the charity’s mission.
