Lisa joined Music for All as a Trustee in September 2024, bringing over seven years of experience in product management within music technology. Her focus has been on building products that empower artists and their teams. She is currently a Product Manager at Kobalt Music, where she helps shape the future of publishing and technology. Her previous roles include positions at Songkick (part of Warner Music Group) and Mixcloud, where she worked at the intersection of music, data, and community.
Alongside her professional work, Lisa is a dedicated advocate for live music and emerging talent. Lisa holds an MA in Digital Media from Goldsmiths, University of London, where her research focused on how technology shapes music creation, distribution, and listening.
She is especially committed to promoting the mental health benefits of music, whether through listening, performing, or therapeutic practices like sound healing, and is also a qualified Reiki practitioner. Lisa believes strongly in the power of music to bring joy, connection, and wellbeing to all, and is excited to help Music for All expand its reach and impact.
