Rodger joined Music for All as a Trustee in September 2024. Rodger is currently Operations Director at creative music agency Big Sync Music. From his current role and from previously working at a number of creative agencies focussed on not-for-profit marketing, he brings with him a broad range of experience across branding, fundraising and communications. He’s a passionate advocate of the power of music & sound and – as a guitar player himself – wants to ensure more people have access to the life changing effects of music.
